Our recent work has involved completing three projects for the US Treasury Department through a sub-contract arrangement with Metrica Inc. of Washington, USA. This work included the final project evaluations of the “Strengthening the Integrity of the Malawi Government” and the final evaluation of the “Strengthening Malawi National Assembly Project” both under the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

 

Salephera Consulting Ltd managed Task Orders that included managing USA government advisors present in Malawi and managing and providing logistics for TDYs from the USA throughout the two-and-a-half-year life of the project in Malawi.

Our work in other African countries includes:

• Conducting multi-country program evaluations for the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) in Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda

• Developing strategic plans and conducting capacity assessments of the National Aids Commission of Burundi. 

• Developing and delivering human resources management and development interventions and capacity building for ActionAid Africa Region in Kenya and Zimbabwe

• In 2008 and 2009 we conducted an Institutional Assessment of the SADC Parliamentary Forum through an extensive consultative process of senior leaders in 7 Southern African countries.
